We are grateful for the opportunity to work with each talented and amazing artist that participates in this festival. Feedback from previous events has taught us to work harder to make this a successful event for you, our customers...we listened.
To make this event better for you, we will provide the following amenities:

The festival will execute a marketing plan to include print media, television, radio, billboards, and social media. Your participation in this event acknowledges possible use of your images and images of your work. You may be contacted for interviews or comments for advertising purposes.

This is a downtown festival, therefore all tents must be weighted properly.

It is preferable for all tents to be white in color.
